Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your scooter in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
